Shipping:

At this time Art by Hailey Morgan covers shipping and delivery costs. US orders only.

Minimums:

Orders must meet a minimum of $100.

No minimums for first time buyers.

All Sales are Final

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Exceptions:

If there is damage to the item upon delivery the item may be eligible for a refund or a replacement.

If the item purchased/ordered is not available a refund, store credit or buyer-approved alternative item will be applicable.

Payment:

Payment can be made at the time of purchase on the website or at a later date/after delivery. If the payment will be made after delivery the buyer is responsible for communicating the time frame and method of payment (check, Venmo or I can email an invoice payable by CC)

Order timeline:

Orders will be processed in a timely manner. Most orders can typically be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. Canvas prints may take closer to 3 weeks. Any further delays will be communicated, if the delay is significant a refund or alternative item may be issued.
